We aim to provide up to date information on all aspects of the Club. All fixtures are shown and results will be added as soon as possible after the matches.
ABOUT THE CLUB
Our Club is small and family orientated with a membership of around 70 people; a roughly even split between Men and Ladies, with around 10 younger players ranging from 8 to 15 years old.
The club is set in a quiet road and surrounded by trees on three sides providing a nice tranquil setting for a game of bowls and the Clubhouse is a pleasant place for pre or post match refreshments.
The Club is affiliated to the Mid Wales Bowling Association and plays in that League. The men play a total of 16 league matches while the Ladies play 12 league matches. Full details can be found in the Fixtures section.
The club also plays numerous friendly matches, some single sex but mainly mixed. These are played against a variety of opposition, giving the opportunity for bowlers of all abilities to play in Club matches. Full details are in the Fixtures section.
Additionally a range of Club competitions are played, from the novice cup through to the club singles championship.
Club night is on Monday from 6.00pm onwards during the season, with an additional friendly “roll up” on Thursdays at 2.00pm when tea and cakes are available at half time.
